course à la croissance et les objectifs de résultat net mènent la danse, ils
engendrent des situations contraires aux objectifs humains. C’est
particulièrement vrai pour les entreprises cotées qui font peser ces
contraintes sur leurs fournisseurs. Par ricochet tout le monde se retrouve dans
le même bain. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

maximum d’efficacité et le découpage des tâches sert ce processus. Il faut
produire sans s’arrêter et sans commettre d’erreur. Si l’on ne réussit pas avec
99% de succès, on est considéré comme incompétent. Plane toujours la menace
d’être remplacé par le suivant. Quand la finance est une fin au lieu d’être un
moyen cela génère des dérèglements et des souffrances. Les investisseurs financiers, si
compréhensifs soient-ils, obéissent à des règles. Je considère que la
responsabilité de cette situation est collective. Mais la conséquence, c’est
qu’on a des vies assez malheureuses au travail et, pire encore, que cette
course à la croissance se passe au détriment de la planète.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

dysfonctionnements que j’ai constatés au niveau global, j’ai réalisé qu’ils
avaient des conséquences au niveau d’Anatole. Mais jusque-là je n’y avais pas
particulièrement prêté attention. Les aspects financiers, les objectifs de
croissance qui nous guidaient impactaient beaucoup nos décisions en termes de
priorités. Tout ça avait pour conséquence un certain manque de sens qui rendait les choses difficiles en termes
d’organisation et d’interaction des salariés. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

croyais pas aux vertus du partage d’expérience. C’est pourtant ce qui m’a fait
faire des bonds en avant. Cela me paraissait pourtant compliqué parce qu’en
France une telle démarche est plutôt innovante. Alors j’ai demandé à Laurence

« Nous devons répondre aux questions du « pourquoi ? »
-quel est le sens de ce que l’on fait ?- et aussi du
« comment ? » -notre façon de travailler répond-elle aux
aspirations de chacun -? Le chemin est aussi important que la finalité. Ce
projet doit prendre en compte notre impact écologique et l’épanouissement
de chacun, tout en en maintenant une équation globale : l’entreprise doit
être rentable pour continuer d’exister. L’interprétation financière reprend
alors sa place de simple outil de mesure des résultats, une règle du jeu comme
une autre. L’axiome de base, c’est l’humain et plus la performance financière.
Et la bonne nouvelle, c’est que quand on prend les choses à l’envers.. ou plutôt
je devrais dire quand on les remet à l’endroit, on constate des améliorations
énormes. Sur tous les plans, et en particulier financier. »<o:p></o:p></span></div>

projet est baptisé « Happy Anatole » c’est un choix qui a été fait à
dessein, pour inviter les gens à réagir. Nous avons commencé à utiliser Yammer
(équivalent de Facebook intra entreprise ndlr). J’y ai créé un groupe qui porte
le nom de Happy Anatole et dans lequel j’explique les objectifs du projet de
transformation, ses origines et ses intentions, comme je viens de le faire avec
vous. Et ce réseau social interne a vraiment engendré de nouvelles
possibilités. Tout le monde peut s’impliquer, participer et partager des idées
au moment où il le choisit. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

Elle a rencontré un certain nombre de salariés (managers ou non) qui
avaient manifesté de l’intérêt pour le projet. Laurence a pu constater d’une
part que le sujet résonnait profondément mais aussi qu’il existait de
nombreuses tensions fonctionnelles, de contradictions et de frottements dans
l’organisation et qu’il n’y avait pas d’alignement en termes de visions. </span><o:p></o:p></div>

consisté à mettre à plat la stratégie de l’entreprise, pas en vue de réaliser
15% de résultats nets, mais en termes de sens : où voulons nous aller et
comment, en appliquant quelles règles du jeu. Nous avons instauré un groupe de
travail composé de managers qui planchent sur le sujet. A chaque étape, ils
partagent ensuite leurs avancées sur Yammer et chacun peut réagir et
contribuer. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

tout ! Bien sûr on ne changera pas tout du jour au lendemain. La route est
encore longue avant que l’on ait pu définir comment ces changements vont
pouvoir se décliner pour chacun. On parle à minima de plusieurs mois et peut
être pour certains sujets de plusieurs années. Mais ce qui est sûr je ne me
suis fixé aucune limite. On est tellement prisonnier de nos limites, qui
sont largement créatrices de problèmes!!! »<o:p></o:p></span></div>

soulevé plus de questions que de réponses mais je ressens l’évolution d’une
prise de conscience chez tout le monde. Chacun a une façon de voir les choses
ce qui entraine bien sûr des résistances,
et puis il y a des sujets de fond qu’on n’a pas encore abordés. Et ces
transformations en cours impactent nécessairement le fonctionnement personnel de chacun et peuvent entrainer des
grosses remises en question sur tous les plans, du management à l’organisation
en passant par l’évaluation. Il est donc
indispensable de nous préparer à cela. Nous avons entamé un travail d’analyse
personnelle à l’aide du MBTI (test psychologique).<o:p></o:p></span></div>

approach of FostPlus, Belgium is best in class in Europe with 94 % of all
households recycling their household packaging waste</span></b>. Private companies
take up their societal responsibility in waste recycling and avoid the much
talked about ecotax, public authorities find a way to split the bill, consumers
have a clear code of conduct, and the environment wins. As of this summer,
FostPlus will take on the new challenge of household waste recycling for
companies, as the law in Flanders has made it mandatory. Brussels and Wallonia
are expected to follow soon.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

Smaller companies have the agility to innovate faster and react to changing market conditions more rapidly than larger, more bureaucratic organizations. Speed and dedication to the future are two success ingredients that will give companies an edge over their competitors. There are a few tips that can be deducted: invest in R&D or support/join forces with small innovative start-ups. Venture into new market adventures while keeping budgets under control and finally, value speed and creativity over seniority and cult-like traditions.<br />

une écriture forte et maitrisée." Il faudrait oser mettre la jeunesse au
cœur des choix !" dit-elle avec ses tripes et une grâce inouie. Elle a
filmé un peu à l’arrache des témoignages de jeunes. "Ne disons pas jeunes
ose t-elle, nous sommes des Mickey". Il y a quelque chose de grand chez
eux mais ils ne se prennent pas au sérieux. Apparaissent à l'écran des diplômés
de grandes écoles en rupture de ban ou pas, des autodidactes, et autres profils
aussi mixtes que la France peut l’être. Qui parlent de patriotisme sans ambage
et du goût d'entreprendre. Je vous jure que ça donne envie d’être jeune, pas
pour l’ovale du visage mais pour la sagesse débridée. </span><o:p></o:p></div>

cherche entrepreneurs partageurs prêts à donner un peu de leur temps dans les
écoles, après une formation ad hoc. Ils sont déjà 10 000 à avoir franchi le pas
et il parait qu’ils y prennent goût. Il parait aussi que les professeurs en

qui perdure au-delà de la journée. Comme un exercice de co-construction en
filigrane et une invitation à nous saisir de cette énergie.Une conclusion
magistrale est donnée par Christian Monjou, professeur à Oxford et à l'ENS, que
je choisis de résumer ainsi « Il faudrait oser ne pas rentrer dans l’exclusion

spécialiste du développement personnel et professeur de psychologie depuis
quinze ans à l’ESCP Europe (Paris). Il a écrit
« Eloge de l’optimisme, ou comment les enthousiastes font bouger le
monde » et « Eloge de la chance, ou l’art de prendre sa vie en
main. ». Il est aussi vice-président de la Ligue des Optimistes de France.

sollicité. « C’est vrai que je peux être
parfois speed, mais je ne suis
plus stressé - dit- il alors que nous nous installons dans son
bureau très ordonné - parce que désormais je ne fais que ce qui me
plait. » Le professeur bénéficie d’une année sabbatique et a redéfini
les contours de ses responsabilités.
Exit les charges de management. Il se consacre exclusivement à ce qui
lui tient à cœur : comprendre comment les individus peuvent agir sur
eux-mêmes, prendre leur vie en main. D’où son état d’esprit du moment :
« Je suis serein, j’ai l’impression d’être
à ma place, je suis en énergie. » Et c’est dans cette énergie qu’il
donne des conférences sur l’optimisme et la chance, dont il fait l’éloge dans
ses deux derniers livres. Un homme pressé mais qui sait se poser et imprimer des
changements de rythme. L’entretien est tout en concentration et en présence
véritable, soulignées par une voix assurée et un regard qui ne se dérobe
jamais. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

quand il était petit ? Philippe Gabilliet dit avoir été un enfant très
aimé et particulièrement par une grand-mère qui lui vouait une indéfectible
admiration. En avance sur son âge parce qu’il a appris à lire très tôt,
il est le plus petit de ses camarades. Affublé de lunettes épaisses, pas
sportif pour deux sous, c’est le prototype de premier de la classe. Du genre
qui se fait moquer souvent. Un premier de la classe qui cache pourtant bien son
jeu. Philippe Gabilliet ne sait pas compter. « Je suis un analphabète des
chiffres, je ne les comprends pas… j’ai une case en moins.» avoue-t-il sans
ambages. Dommage pour celui qui rêvait d’être médecin. Une porte se ferme sur
cette aspiration. Qu’importe, si les chiffres lui résistent, il se tournera
vers la parole et apprendra, parfois en quelques semaines, plusieurs langues
étrangères. Après le bac, il voudra être acteur, préparera son dossier pour le
cours Florent avec le soutien de sa mère, mais c’est son père qui posera un
veto. Trop risqué, pas aligné avec le statut social de la famille. Philippe
Gabilliet entre alors à Science Po Bordeaux. Si son itinéraire professionnel
emprunte quelques détours, la passion de Gabilliet pour la matière humaine reste
son fil d’Ariane. Il dit ne rien regretter de sa trajectoire aux
ambitions contrariées. « Tout ce que j’ai fait m’a servi. »

de la Ligue des Optimistes de Belgique et de l’Internationale des Optimistes et
appréhende alors l’optimisme en tant que concept. Il comprend qu’il s’agit non
seulement d’un trait de caractère -dont il reconnait être généreusement doté-
mais aussi potentiellement d’une démarche intellectuelle, voire une posture
sociale. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">2010, c’est l’année où la Ligue des Optimistes voit le jour
en France, présidée par France Roque. Gabilliet en devient le vice-président et
entame la rédaction d’un livre de commande : « Eloge de
l’Optimisme ». L’auteur saisit l’opportunité pour s’emparer du sujet sous
de multiples dimensions et devenir son
plus médiatique porte-voix en France. « Au-delà de l’idée philosophique,
souligne-t-il, il existe bien une méthodologie et une métrologie de
l’optimisme. » Gabilliet ouvre un champ des possibles pour tous ceux que
l’optimisme démange et fourbit ses
arguments pour tous ceux que la posture dérange. « Le risque majeur,
prévient-il, c’est que l’optimisme soit confondu avec sa caricature, version
naïve ou béate ». D’où la nécessité, selon lui, d’articuler habilement
l’optimisme et le pessimisme comme deux forces aussi contraires que
complémentaires. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

agir sur soi et sur ce qui est autour de soi, c’est le credo de Gabilliet. La
force de la volonté comme moteur essentiel ? « Oui mais attention,
prévient-il, la volonté en tant que focalisation de l’imagination dans une
direction donnée. » Le professeur est convaincu de l’importance du concept
d’efficacité personnelle et d’auto transformation, notions développées par le
psychologue américain Albert Bandura, dans sa théorie sociocognitive, que
Gabilliet cite amplement. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

soupçonnaient peut-être pas. Avoir donné un coup de pouce pour activer le
pouvoir que chacun d’entre nous peut avoir sur lui-même et sur sa vie. Une
autre façon de soigner, une autre façon d’être acteur. Et de fait, il crée le
buzz sur Internet autour de ses discours, cartonne devant une assemblée de
personnes handicapées et fait salle comble à chaque conférence, du salon Zen
aux séminaires d’entreprises en quête de sens. « Dans le contexte
professionnel, modère-t-il, l’enthousiasme ne s’exprime pas facilement en
public.» C’est à postériori qu’arrivent les mails de remerciements. Comme si il
fallait encore se cacher pour conjuguer optimisme et vie en entreprise. «
Pourtant, insiste Philippe Gabilliet, c’est un angle d’attaque
incontournable. Et particulièrement en période d’incertitude, parce-que
c’est la seule posture qui peut insuffler de l’énergie à ceux qui nous

But before we can arrive at that level of collaboration, several challenges need to be met with ambition and a - to quote President Obama - "Yes We Can" attitude. A first challenge will be to rethink and re-engineer the value chain. Sharing an amazing idea with the world for the benefit of all is a noble ideal. The thought turns out bittersweet when you start noticing that somebody else - e.g.: some corporation whose resources vastly outstrip yours - is making profits out of your idea without ever even mentioning your name.<br />
<br />
Crowdsourcing is one of the many possibilities the connected generation has to offer. However, this should not come down to exploiting the masses and strip-cropping their ideas. Perceived fairness is key to success in this new wired world.<br />

Buy fair trade drinks. Save energy (and all means worth it).</div>
